Not professional service. She do not listen my question and start yelling at me. Very bed service. She do not take time to review tax files. I am 100% sure you will not get your tax return what you suppose to get, if you choose to do tax returns with her. I prefer to go to some where else but not here for sure.

Lied to me about the timing of my return, had my address wrong, i asked about direct deposit they said everything was set up properly only to have the cheque sent 4-6 months later. Would not recommend ever again.

I've been having Astrid do my taxes now for 7 years. I've had absolutely nothing but a great experience ! Every single year she is fast , friendly and informative . She has been extremely helpful and nice and has even told me about certain credits that i was not aware of. Thank you Astrid for being so informative and professional.

First time in was a decent experience, however, when I returned with a question and request for a signature, I was yelled at in front of her employees and she would not take a breath to listen to what I was even asking. I hate writing bad reviews, but I don't think she acted professionally at all.

I never actually had Astrid do my taxes; she was my mother's bookkeeper. Due to a mistake on her part, she obtained access to all of my tax records and personal information. Obtaining this information requires either my signature, or a legal document authorizing her as my representative. When I tried to contact her to figure out how this could have happened, she was condescending and unprofessional. Her exact words were: "How stupid are you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I do not have your signature... Now get lost, deal with your life and grow up." So anyway, if you want someone to constantly make mistakes then spit in your face when you try and figure out what went wrong, by all means, hire Astrid.
