Story

Astoria Asset Management Ltd, was Airdrie’s first local property management established in 2005 and in 2009 expanded management services to Cochrane and our next step was Calgary in 2011. Astoria’s mandate is to provide quality, professional property management services to all of their clients while effectively minimizing their involvement. Being a locally owned and managed company, Astoria can provide a small company management style offering a personal touch while having the knowledge of larger firms.

Astoria has been member of the Airdrie Chamber of Commerce for 7 years and Lorelei Talbot owner and broker was a Director of the Board for 4 years, Secretary for 2 of those. This helped in growing relations with local business’s and the City. Astoria is also involved or assists in many community programs and fundraisers, along with holding a charity golf tournament for past 3 years, in support of Victims of Family Violence and the Airdrie Food Bank.

I was having challenges with my condo rental until Melissa Morgan took over. She is very professional and understanding. She has truly made a big difference. I really appreciate everything she has done. The offices ladies at Astoria are also very friendly, I stop by unannounced on a few occasions and they always make me feel welcomed.

My condo board has been a client of Astoria Asset Management for the past 15 years. I have held many positions on our Condo Board and highly recommend Astoria. All decisions are made by the Condo Board and Astoria Asset Management actions those decisions. We continue to use Astoria Asset Management because they offer exceptional service. I’ve been a resident at an Astoria managed condo building for about half a year now. I recently had an issue I contacted Astoria directly about and Carrie was amazing in helping me resolve it. The other few times I’ve had to contact Astoria were similarly well managed.

I rented a property from Astoria and dealt directly with Ada, one of the property managers. She was lovely to deal with and even helped me make the transition to a new home when I had to move an easy one. Astoria was always on top of answering questions and fixing problems that would arise.
