5 star service! The team at Asteck Wireless is incredible. Today I brought in an iPhone that was completely broken and beyond repair... that had not been backed up. They set me up with a very reasonably priced used iPhone and successfully transferred all my data to the new phone. Not sure how they did it, as the broken phone was completely unresponsive and the screen was smashed. I can't say enough good things about Asteck. If you have any phone issues, or looking for a reasonably priced 2nd hand phone... come here!

Have been going to Asgar for all my hardware and repairs for years. Fast and affordable. 6 stars out of 5. Came in to get my kids their first iPhones and plans since they are an authorized Koodo dealer. Asgar was not in so Ushif hooked us up and dare I say his service was even better! Quality, great service and honesty. It doesn’t get better than this.

Fixed my phone screen for me pretty quickly. After I got it back I was not %100 happy with the display colors, No questions asked they changed it out for a new one. earned my repeat business

Amazing friendly service. I had my screen repaired in 45 min and it was very reasonable price. The team there were super friendly and helpful. They even aded a screen protector for free so I would not have the same problem when dropping my phone. Lots of smiles and friendly faces. Great team and great service.

Very helpful staff! The 2 young men working there went out of their way to assist - even for tasks that they didnt make any money out of. e.g. they spent time assisting an older lady with downloading and using WhatsApp because she said she had no other way of contacting her family and no one else to help her. Also assisted me with the Public Mobile website, which wasn't user friendly and took a substantial amount of time for the staff member. Both of them were very polite, patient and professional.

Wish there were 6 stars! Asgar and all his staff are the best ... at customer relations, community support and, of course, advice, problem-solving and tech repairs. He should be giving seminars in all the above.
