I was given the highest rate ever for my car I trusted stephane to find the best price and trusted him that there is nothing lower, just to find out 3 months later that I can get insurance for 140$/less (per MONTH) and when I asked him to match it he said it's impossible and charged me 62% to cancel the policy plus 59$ for his firm, to talk to him on the phone is difficult he will only respond by email the overall service that I received was terrible, over priced, I was lied to, and I shouldn't have trusted this guy in the first place. My advice is don't deal with him if you need anything go direct with insurance companies they give a way better service. Do your homework and don't trust stephane.

Je fais affaire avec Assurance Berthiaume pour ma voiture depuis 2012 et mon habitation depuis 2017 et je suis très satisfaite. Un superbe service et une équipe vraiment à l'écoute. Je recommande à 110%
