Disgusting dispatcher!!! Told me the driver canceled in me because she sat there waiting for 10-15 minutes! I was sitting outside WAITING for her as the wait was over an hour already. When asking what address it was they clearly had used my old one and blamed me for their driver not knowing and hung up on me as i was trying to make clear mistakes. I gave the proper address again and she hung up before I could ask for a proper time estimate. Just because you are the only cab company in town does not mean you get to act so unprofessional!
The people in dispatch are a lot nicer than before. Wait times can be more than an hour during holidays. The drivers are polite and great to talk to.
Efficient for the most part, but I have been bumped more than once, and even completely forgotten about. Not being local to Sylvan is problematic, but thw drivers are friendly and do the best they can.
Do waste your time. We called for 2 cabs and was told 15 minutes. We called back in 1/2hr and she said the lines were down. We called back in an hour and same reason and asked about calling them on a cellphone. She said just got a hold of him. Called back in an hour and a half to cancel and she said he's on his way we asked what about the second car and they only had one car. We canceled and yet she was very very rude
We called way in advance to get a cab for work. I work nights and live 15 out of town. I booked the cab to be at my house for 1030 for my work start at 11. They said no problem. It’s now 5 to 11 and they just now have somebody on their way. If they had just told me it was not doable that would have been fine but they straight up lied to me and I am now late for work because of them. As well as the attitude from a driver and dispatch. Super unprofessional approach. 1/5 stars from me.
Love the drivers in sylvan lake! So friendly and kind! Cabs are always clean and smell great! Very accommodating!
I’ve called this cab company 3 days in a row to be on my special wedding day they don’t show up I call them they say they have no record of anything such a disappointment they Hang up on on you aswell never choosing this cab again
Called to set up a cab pick up for a wedding 13 hours in advance. Later in the night they called to say they'd be there around the time agreed. They never showed up. Never called back. Left us stranded had to get a ride from another guest. Terrible. Avoid if possible.
Fist time was quick and dispatch told me a 5 minute wait-- accurate. The next day, called at 9:12pm, was told 10-15 min wait-- unaccuarte -- I even mentioned I had to be at Shopper's Drug Mart to grab my prescription before it closed at 10pm. CAB SHOWED UP AT 9:56pm, and when I arrived at Shopper's, I seen them locking the door as it was 10:01. WASTE OF MY MONEY & TIME If dispatch would have been honest about the wait time, I could have made other arrangements with the other cab company and made it before closing time and NOT WASTED MY MONEY!!!
No waiting always quick and pleasent drivers
