Don’t schedule your appointment here. Drs don’t respect your time and will be an hour late sometimes more then that, I have even had 1 of their drs belittle me for not coming in to see them for an appointment because I scheduled a phone appointment and they believed I should have come in, despite living half hour drive from the clinic and having no way to get there at that time. If you call and say your call was booked for a specific time you will be informed the dr will call you when they call you. If you miss the call due to being busy with other things in the day calls, and appointments then if the dr doesn’t want to cal you back that day you get the joys of booking again and waiting the time and hoping he respects you enough to call on the scheduled time or at least close to it.n2024 update:nDr.Bal at this clinic also argued with me impacting and delaying my medical care during pregnancy. I told him i was already CONFIRMED BY ULTRASOUND 20 weeks along, he wrote on all my referals first trimester delaying my care as i was in second trimester and didnt get anatomy checks or anything until almost 25 weeks. Despite phoning me for that appointment on my correct phone number also placed the wrong info on my referal and they did not inform me that it was returned argued over why i needed a new OB referal and I HAD TO PERSONALLY chase this referal down to finally get in. This is all despite being given clear information and him looking and quoting my own ultrasounds which verified my dates at me during that appointment. He has NEVER taken any health issues seriously and the clinic also failed to treat an injury that i had physicaly endured and gone back to several times leading to permament damage in my wrist to the point i can barely hold 2lbs using that arm anymore sue to the wrist pain. The decent drs they had that at least listened and tried left the clinic a while ago, they have yet to provide any quality care since. This doctor has been very difficult to work with, and despite needing more care i have yet to even be able to start seeking proper care i received in every other location ive liced over the years. My permanent health problems and disabilities that qualified me for disability in other provinces i do not have confidence in these drs dealing with as when i tell them i have certain documented health problems they dont believe me, argue, or flat out have no idea of very common disorders.nn2025 updatennTheir drs failed to provide treatment properly for a miscarraige, i experienced, they repeatedly told me my ultrasounds were inconclusive, and wanting me to come back and forth constantly. Front staff have been giving me attitude ever since i started work as my availability has been more limited for only being able to attend between 9-10:30, even going so far as telling me to drive over an HOUR to go to Yorkton instead of just working with my availablity for appointments. The dr responsible for my delayed and improper care that was actively deemed as malpractice has been reported to both college of physicians and sask health authority for neglect, malpractice. The clinic itself was also reported at this time as their front staff has been incredibly rude, harsh spoken bad tones and honestly following my miscarriage made me feel as though me seeking medical help when i was bleeding for a month was a problem. I had to report that i no longer try to get care. Even when i desperately need medical care i avoid this clinic and kamsack hospital due to the shared physicians. The ONLY good dr I've met there since is dr.dehlali i may have misspelt this and 1 front staff worker. To the point i am currently seeking a malpractice lawyer to sue the clinic.nnVery poor behaviour and client relation behaviour.nnIf you can find another dr to see i highly recommend finding someone with knowledge to treat basic health concerns or injuries.
No issues in 5 years. Doctors come and go but there has always been one for me, and this is a rarity in rural communities and urban! for quite awhile in Canada. Workloads are high. Be patient - and be a patient.
Beautiful facility, well-run and well-managed!nnKamsack and the surrounding area is very lucky to have this and the services offered here locally.
