Aspen Dental

Once again, even though I'm not a patient anymore...you've managed to disappoint me. Last winter I was told by Dr. M. Boushaba (who I'm told is no longer there) that I had 4 cavities. I have the treatment plan for all 4 cavities in paper still just in case I am contacted. Due to a bad experience, I cancelled my appointment with you guys and searched for a new dentist. I found Dr. Earl Olson. I had my x-rays from Aspen sent to his office, and they also took some new xrays today. Lo and behold, I only had 2 cavities...not 4. I'm curious to know what would have happened when I made the appointment to have them all filled...what about the other 2 cavities? Either way, I potentially saved myself a few hundred dollars by going to Dr. Olson's office.

It's difficult to describe my experience because out of about 8 scheduled and confirmed appointments for my family, only two were not cancelled. We were not informed about two of the cancelled ones until we arrived at Aspen Dental. It has now been 7 months since the first appointments scheduled (and cancelled by AD) and one of my children still has not had a single dentist appointment. One has had half an appointment, because there was no hygienist available. I will be finding a new dentist for our whole family.

Had to wait a month to get an appointment for a filling in a painful tooth. Then they called the day before and cancelled, due to being overbooked. The scheduler said this was because "there are a lot of hands in the pot," whatever that means. The next appointment they could get me is in 2 more months. It is astonishing to have to wait over 3 months for a filling, especially when they require payment in advance. Other helpful features include a dirty bathroom and more than a couple curt/disgruntled staff members; at this point I'll be looking elsewhere.

Extremely friendly, compassionate and caring staff. Would highly reccomend Dr Flare, Sherry and staff!

they were great about getting me in the same day and helped me with finacing. the staff are very freindly and nice. I am very Happy with this office. Jennie l West.
