I believe experience various, I have been a patient since 2012, have left and came back, I like that it actually takes my capital blue insurance and doesn't make me pay the whole thing up front then reimburse me. But sometimes they make you reschedule because doctors aren't in, even if it is booked way in advance, and sometimes, the availability for their regular patients are scarce, which makes it hard to book an appointment, and sometimes you have to wait for hours in the waiting room. But procedure wise, I have had very friendly docs and hygienists that make you comfortable and feel at ease.

I've had a number of appointments over the last few months to get work done. I've had nothing but excellent experiences. Both nursing staff and Doctors are friendly and professional. Customer service is top notch.

Had some bad teeth that were bothering me. Was taken in that day and given an assessment on what needed done. Couldn't afford the total treatment needed, but they did remove 4 teeth. I didn't have to have a return trip, and I now know what needs done and what it will cost. Everybody was nice and acted professionally. Doctor got the teeth out with minimal discomfort. Would recommend.
