Aspen Dental

I went with apprehension because I didn't know what to really expect pain wise. But the dental hygienist Devyn was very nice and reassuring and explained everything to me. I worried for nothing. The deep cleaning was pretty much pain free and I had very little pain after the novacaine wore off. It took two visits because I let things go but I'm extremely satisfied with the care I got with Devyn. I highly recommend Aspen dental not just for the care you receive but on many other levels too. You are greeted by name as you walk in even if you are a new patient. That's very nice to know that you're not just another way they get money. Thank you to the staff of Aspen dental and thank you Devyn for your patience and kindness.

I would recommend anyone in the Bemidji area to visit the Aspen Dental for all your dental needs. They are a family there that will invite you in as one of their new family member(s).

Deleting truthful, negative reviews of their extremely poor and incompetent service. Lose insurance info constantly, never call people back, and try to bill them for what their insurance covers instead. Long track record of doing this to many, many people.

I had one of the dentists that was there temporarily, laugh in my face about my teeth and say rude things about them. I went home cying and I found out other people had that experience with him also. Other saff was ok at the very best. Felt like they wanted to get you in and out as fast as possible. This place will try ANYTHING to get all your money. Extremely expensive and dishonest once I expanded to different places. Wish I could go back and stop myself from stepping foot in there.

Everyone at Aspen was super nice and helpful. I had no waiting at all and was treated like I was a regular client on my first visit. Thanks for making my visit a positive experience.
