Had a nice experience from one of the dental assistants on staff who did my cleaning. However, what ruined the experience for me was the literal argument that the doctor and the financial manager were having in the back room as I was sitting in the waiting room. Very unprofessional. Could hear every word. Maybe next time they decide to have a fight they should do it when clients aren't present. Not to mention the snooty receptionist. She couldn't even bother looking at me while she was talking to me and just kept going back to her work like i was interrupting her. I felt like a burden for just asking a simple question regarding a referral! Bottom line, unprofessional. Not really worth it.

Never received my "complimentary" cleaning, ended up have a bill that was $800 dollars more than I expected for a simple extraction and crown (and I didn't even do the crown here! I went somewhere else). Jackie in finance was absolutely terrible to work with. Made you feel like an idiot and like you were inconveniencing her by asking questions. I didn't have insurance and received no discount. Was cancelled and rescheduled 3 different times in 2 weeks and still do not have all my work done. I will be going somewhere else to finish!! This place is a joke!! The hygienist and other offices staff were nice, but Jackie ruined it for me!! Don't waste your money!!

On October 21st 2017, I went to Aspen Dental in Mankato for the new patient free exam and x-rays. My exam showed that I needed a couple fillings and a cleaning. I was scheduled for the cleaning the same day as my exam! Dr. Islam is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place!

The people were great. They were really nice and knowledgeable and gave great advise. I felt confident they wanted to help. However, they wanted to get me set up right away to take care of things I don't need done any time soon. Plus, I was there for two and a half hours, and it was only a new patient appointment. They didn't even do anything to my teeth. This was after they rescheduled my appointment twice. You need to have a lot of patience if you choose this place.

Made an appointment for an abscess tooth and root canal. Sat in chair for 2 hrs and didn't get a root canal. Got my abscess drained without novacain wich I'm sure I paid for. Worst time I've ever spent in a dental chair. Will never go back to Aspen.
