I just purchased a pair of Women's gel Nimbus 23. I had already placed the order when I read all the horrible reviews. So I got really worried about the $226 that was just taken from my Visa. I immediately emailed customer service about my concerns. They emailed back within the hour and was given details about when my shoes would be shipped and about the follow up email confirming arrival date and shipping number. Sure enough, I did receive that email and I had no problem tracking my order. My shoes actually came 3 days before the estimated date of arrival. Also, the entire process from the date of purchase to receiving my shoes was only 4 days! So...If you are reading these reviews, please pay no attention. Take a chance and see for yourself. I'm glad I did! I love my new Asics. By the way, I have been wearing Nimbus for years and they are exactly the same as what is sold in stores. So if you want a specific color like I did, go for it and place your order.

If say the worst experience ever I wouldn't be exaggerating! The last two purchases were so disappointing, one shoes cloth was ripped from the top and the last shoes I bought less than three months back is pealing! What tipped the scale is that I tried to reach out to customer care or warranty via email, and emails kept bouncing back, no one to talk to! Asics Canada wake up, we are customers and we need to reach out to you! I called Asics USA and they couldn't do anything! The worst product experience ever, the worst customer care experience ever! You took my money for a bad product, knowing that I always purchase "supposedly" top of the line products! Any one out there?

Similar to the review below, ordered 2 pairs of shoes from ASICS Canada on April 3. For some reason Canada Post was unable to deliver them. Which in this day in age almost seems impossible. But likely a CP thing. Unfortunately there was absolutely no help from ASICS’s. Customer service is only an email and Harold could only tell me that my shoes are back at the warehouse, had absolutely no care and simply saying they will expedite my refund in 7-10 days. They even blame the issue on the impacts of Covid-19 lol. What was missed is that, I paid for two pairs of shoes, so clearly I wanted the shoes, and when I asked for the shoes, not a refund, they told me to go online and order them again. That to me was even more flawed, since I lost trust in the process when they failed to deliver the first time, why would I feel comfortable ordering again and having paid twice for a shipment I never received?? I’m sad I like there shoes, but I truly don’t like there company anymore.

Shoes were returned, refund never received. Asics stopped returning my emails. Their listed phone number does not work. I can see from other reviews that this is a common practice for their company.

Similar issues as reviewed by other customers. I had no issues purchasing shoes but the after sales service to return a pair has been absolutely non existent. Will be sending them registered mail - hopefully will at least get my $$ back for that pair. I agree with another reviewer - New Balance service for buying and returns was excellent.

ASICS 300 Taylor Rd #435, Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON Worst customer service, and unprofessional employees who lack the ability to express empathy to frustrated and worried customers. Manager speaks to customers extremely degradingly and insults you on the phone and makes you feel like they have done you a favour. At 11:14am on a Sunday the manager wouldn’t even disclose his name and berated me when I as a consumer I was trying to come up with a solution…. asking me what my name is instead - asking my partner where she works….All because I made the mistake of purchasing at your store and the ASICS brand? Thanks for not being a human being and rather than trying to be considerate showed me to stay away from this corporation. Another classic example of a big brand, whose employees have minimal customer service training. Driven to value monetary gains, rather than customer needs.

Horrible customer service. Shoes never made it to my house wrong address but the address on my order form is the right one. Email only customer service. Was offered to re ship the shoes or issue a refund. I asked to re ship. They answered saying it was impossible and they issued a refund....Hello Asics, this is 2021!

Incredible how bad the Customer Service is from Asics Canada. I order a pair of Squash Shoes and a Singlet.. It never arrived. The shipping number I was provided gave me only an "error" from day one. They responded to me once, but then never did anything and completely stopped responding. Guess I am out $160?! DO NOT ORDER FROM ASICS CANADA. Still trying to pursue this. Would appreciate a response back.

Very very frustrating experience. I bought shoes and three month later there was a defect. Emailing them is pointless. They will never get back after constant emails. I am not sure what they are doing at work since most of the emails are completely ignored. I've been a customer with Asics for the past 9 years and now I am debating on continuing with their product next time. Calling them is just as pihtless because they don't even pick up

I ordered a pair of Nimbus 23, a week later I received an email with a refund: I was confused so I sent an email to the client support, they explained to me the refund had been issued because there was no more of the shoes in stock. I’m very disappointed and I won’t buy from Asics anymore
