Story

Pre-School Programming

Parent & Tot - this class is for children ages 18 months to 3 years of age. An adult must accompany the child to class to help them.

Kindergym - This class is for children 3-5 years old that are ready to explore the gym without parent help.

Supergirls- for ages 4-5 year old. This is the stepping stone into the competitive program, this is an Invite Only Class.

Cangym Programming

This is our Badge Program. It offers training in the traditional events of bars, beam, floor and vault.
The first 4 badges are an hour long class:
*Burgundy ages 6-7 years old
*Red ages 7-8 years old
*Tan ages 8-9 years old
*Bronze ages 9-10 years old

The next few badges are a 2 hour class:
*Purple ages 10/11
*Blue ages 12-up
* Turquoise+


Drop-in Programming

Open Gym:

When: Every 2nd Saturday of the month
Time: 10:00am-12:00pm
Cost: $5/person/visit
AGF: $2.50 insurance fee(valid until June 30, 2017) and only valid for drop-in programming if registering in a class the $40 AGF fee will be charged.
Children 5 and under must have parent or guardian with them at all times.

Parent & Tot Drop-In

Mondays @ 11:00am-12:00pm and Thursdays @ 10:30-11:30
Cost: $5.00 fee/$2.50 AGF fee
For children ages 18 months to 4 years


We have 3 Sessions: Fall, Winter and Spring.

Fall Session: Begins September to December
Winter Session: January to March
Spring Session: April to June

Volunteer Policy

Members are required to sign up for one volunteer commitment per child per session. Volunteer commitments vary but include Board positions, Bingo's, Cleanings, Snow Removal, Recycling etc.

Your Registration is not complete until you have signed up for the appropriate number of commitments and provided a $200 bond cheque per commitment. Alternatively, you may pay out your commitments at $150 each. If a volunteer does not complete their volunteer commitment on the day they are scheduled and has not contacted the gym, there bond cheque will be cashed immediately.
