Poor customer service, and nothing but complaints internally when asked to service anything of European make. Remember being told by one of their mechanics that they hate European cars because they're too hard to wire. Sounds like inexperience to me. Not only that but they have no issue cracking sexist comments behind people's backs when they're still within earshot Overall very unprofessional company
