Paid for a room, it was warn down and found quite a few dead bugs around. Asked for our money back but the owner refused, he gave us 50$ cash and we left. I would not recommend.
WORSE HOTEL EVER “DONT STAY UNLESS YOU LIKE BEDBUG BITES Pulled back the sheets and counted 5 bedbugs, lifted mattress and several more were under that, we slept in truck and manager locked himself in the room which is also the chamber maid One of the residence there had so many bites it was all most unbelievable she complained and nothing was done , We waited for two hours for him to come out of hiding! SAVE YOURSELF THE GREIF AND BOOK ANYWHERE BUT HERE,
This place is infested with bed bugs !!! I am a local and sadly have friends who stay there. Every room is covered in bed bugs . The place is absolutely disgusting and should be shut down !Rooms: 1/5

So far I have a good staying here, i’m a person with disability so The staff at the front desk treat me very well, as well they give me a great discount for a room. My only suggestion is that the rooms needs to be renovated/updated, but so far everything is great, I will come back again…
I went to Ashcroft for work and booked this hotel, when my wife gave the manager Gary my credit card # to hold the room he immediately charged a $1060 to it for two weeks, when his rate for the whole month is $750. The place is filthy, old & run down with a pile of garbage out back that a homeless guy picks through. Stains and no pillow case on the pillows, mice in rooms….! This is honestly thee, Bar None absolute worst place I’ve ever stayed
Complete dice and not the good kind. I had some visitors in my room, in told mr. Mouse to stay and go sleep in his own bed. I ended up sleeping in my truck place was beyond grossRooms: 1/5
