If I could give this walk-in clinic less than a 1 star I would. The front staff is terrible, rude with a sense of "I'm better than you attitude". You are far better off going 3 mins down the road to the Orleans Urgent Care clinic. I waited over two hours, without being seen or put into a room, as a person going through Chemo I have a very low immune system so waiting rooms are not great for me. When I polity asked how many people are in front of me I was told we can't disclose that information. Really you can't say a number out loud? Not a place I will be retuning to.

Walk-in clinic wait is extremely horrible. You WILL get processed faster at the Ottawa General Hospital. STAY AWAY!!

Had ok experience here. Doctor was phenomenal. Wait time at my last visit was unacceptable. Had to leave without being seen.

I had an appointment with the Cardiologist and it was a very pleasant experience. I didn't feel rushed! Thank you, Dr. Sabbagh!
