Came home and my door handle busted suddenly when trying to open the door. This is the locksmith for my condo, I called and they showed up in just over an hour faster than expected. It took him just a few minutes to get me inside with a workaround for the evening. They are coming back tomorrow to fully replace the lock. Great service.
A complete waste of time. I was looking for a particular safe from Amsec. These guys "could get it within a couple days" Great. Calls me a week later saying that model isn't being made anymore but "we have a guy with 2 in stock". I get a call a couple days later, they actually didn't have it in stock. They proposed the new model which was "widely available", 3 weeks later no calls, no follow ups, I call them and the owner tells me that they actually had no idea of when he could get it and it was now a special order. "Anywhere between 15- 25 weeks" What a joke and complete waste of time. Go somewhere else where they actually understand what is and what is not available to the market.
This is the best locksmithing company I have ever worked with. Patrick, the owner, is pleasant and honest. I needed new keys for an 1`8th century safe. Had another company in; all they did was talk about the difficulty. Patrick came in, checked things out , explained the process - and then delivered. A pleasure to deal with.
