If I could give 0 stars I would. I have dealt with Arvic over the years, and had great service and experiences. Recently I ordered an online product, paid for it, did not receive my product and they will not call me back or answer my emails. Not cool, Arvic.

This place is a scam. Beware! The trademark guy never responds to you or does the work you hire him for. He is a professional liar and has excuse after excuse. Go any place else.

I used Arvic's online service for a NUANs report and the process was great. Sharon helped me with everything and she was kind, knowledgeable and very patient with me. I would recommend using them and their prices are much better than all of the registries in my area.
