Buyer beware. terrible experience. forced to go to the court because no response for the damage this company did to the condo building and the damage to the product.
Service was very good, they only had one person in store, but that was enough for us. Not sure if the one in Laval has slightly more options than this store.
I recommend strongly to avoid buying from this place. Only for the after sales user experience. I liked the concept two much but the after sales service made me hate this brand...
We had an issue with a beautiful piece of furniture due to a manufacturing flaw. Artemano customer service was amazing and swapped out the piece for a similar one from a different manufacturer. All in all we are very pleased with the after sales service. The craftsmanship is beautiful and we we will definitely buy from them again.
Very bad experience from this store, do no respect the timeline for delivery, delivery was a mess and they were arrogant. Do not sign the Invoice! Its unexplained and theres no way to roll back if unsatisfied.
The worst customer experience ever in this well-developed country. Anyway it went bankrupt already, it's non-sense to make further comment. Wish them good luck!
Unfortunately the quality of the products and warranty are below acceptable....poor customer service..
