Online shopping is fast and easy. I waited so long for Cheshire to be available for purchase on the website it wasn't available for preorder for some reason!, and the day I saw it on the website I immediately placed my order. Pickup was the next day. Happy with my purchase and the service.
A nice store for stationery stuff like note book, pen and of course KPOP! They have key chain and posters of different K-pop groups like bts, black pink, got 7, etc They also have a lot of Pokémon stuffies. A pretty chill store with good stuff.
really good selection of items and is a good place to buy albums without having to worry about overpaying for them. the staff is really kind and helpful and the asian tall girl is knowledgeable about the different groups which is nice if you're looking for something but you're not completely sure and need some guidance. also fast at replying to emails and issuing refunds as they helped me with an online order that had a stock issue once.
it’s cute and all, but the products are low-quality. i bought a mechanical pencil and it broke really easily. i was careful with the product, yet it still managed to break, no matter how cute it looks. i tried to exchange a different item because i was disappointed, but they didn’t allow me to because i didn’t have the plastic packaging. i had the receipt and everything was still in there it was brand new, too. you also cannot return any items. overall, the place is cute and great for just browsing, but everything is expensive and not necessarily the best quality.
my favourite place to go to for kpop related items! the girls there are very helpful and kind! they always help me with finding certain albums because my attention span is non-existent so i get distracted amongst all the different items. i highly recommend artbox <3
Bought gift for a friend, the service was really nice, one complaint, when I checked out, the clerk hand the item to me with receipts, and I left and returned just a few steps away from the door cause I thought it was really inconvenient to continue w my shopping having to hold the item and receipt when I carried no bags and no pockets. Asked for a bag, the other clerk was very nice to give me one and apologized. Wasn’t till later I came back home and checked receipt and found out that the first clerk charged me for the small bag he never gave me, and clearly knew what he was doing. It was a small amount of money, didn’t mind paying for a gift bag, but if I didn’t think to ask for one I was supposed to just walk away without being told I was charged, or never received sth I was charged at all? Dunno if he genuinely forgot, but left a questionable aftertaste for the whole experience.
Best place to preorder albums and it comes very quickly 2 weeks after release, around the same amount of time as ordering from Ktown4u but without the $80 shipping fee!. The albums are reasonably priced and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable! I highly recommend going here. I hope Artbox stocks more girl group albums in the future
I literally love going there, the staff is so nice and they have many k-pop things, I’m just so obsessed with the store, I go there like almost every two weeks <3
Artbox is the best store for cute Korean stationery! They have so many notebooks, stickers, memo pads, cards, etc. They also have plushies, socks, homewares, etc.
its where I go for all my kpop merchandise! I have a whole album and poster collection thanks to them! reasonably priced too!
