Last week we got elegantly dressed up for our portrait. Heidi was our first contact and we truly felt the empathy and professionalism practiced at Artage. She was very understanding with our situation. It was a lot of planning to gather grown up boys for the sitting…but once we saw the studio, the passion staff share Mandy & Lyla the photographer - just do whatever she tells and the beauty of the art they create, we felt it was a worthwhile and a memorable experience. Now it is a matter of patiently waiting for something unique and custom created to arrive, that will surely strengthen the family bond. Portraits are meant to be unique but what Artage can create is something beyond our imagination! We were very impressed.
My family and I had an amazing "red carpet" experience at Artage and it was incredible from start to finish. We were greeted the moment we arrived by their friendly and professional staff and shown to our private room to get ready. I have two young children - 6 and 4 years old - and the staff really went above and beyond to make them feel comfortable and happy. Lyla, our photographer, was a dream to work with and was great with my kids. It was a seamless process and you can really see the extensive knowledge and expertise from everyone involved at Artage. Overall, it was an incredible experience and I could not recommend it enough to anyone looking to bring a timeless, classic piece of art into their home to cherish forever.

Even though we won a contest we are very much treated the same way as others who were paying customers, based on what i see and read on the reviews. We want to thank you Artage Portraits for taking good care of us and always so patient especially with my kids. Everyone was so nice and kind. We got our first family portrait done. We got a gift voucher and called them for scheduling, our experience was pretty smooth, we were accommodated within days for picture taken and must point out that the photographer, my bad I don’t recall the name, was excellent. she did a great job with my son who is difficult to get a good shot off but she engaged him and got some perfect poses off my son. Heidi and Mandy were great with their customer service couldn’t have asked for anything more. Best place to create your memories for life
Just finished a great 2 hour experience with the whole team here. Everyone from the hostess to the photographer and onwards was so warm and hospitable. They even took care of our 2 young ones as my wife and I selected our pose for the art piece. I highly recommend this place for the great service and experience. We look forward to receiving our art piece in a few months!
My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Artage. Heidi went above and beyond to book my husband and I for our 1 year anniversary. Heidi is very accommodating and professional. Our photographer was highly experienced and made us feel at ease in front of the camera. We can’t wait to see the final product - I know we will treasure this unique experience and portrait forever!
My first words are WOW !! We just got our family portrait yesterday and good gosh I cant stop staring at it. Everything was done so beautifully and the people at Artage are wonderful, and they make sure you’re well taken care of through the whole process. The amount of professionalism was also top notch.
