I had a friend rave about this place. It’s a nice place that’s hidden among more commercial buildings so it was a nice surprise when I actually went in. First, booking online was an absolute nightmare. My friend and I did t over 2 hours trying to figure out what was wrong with us and why two brains couldn’t figure this out. I had to call to book the next day. Next, there were miscommunication issues about pricing between what was said and what took place when we arrived. There just seems to be so much confusion. No one showed us around the spa. There was a lady in the change room who actually was explaining to new people how everything worked and tips and tricks about the lockers, etc.. We felt staff should have told us that info. The facilities itself was good. Lots of steam rooms, cold showers in between. There was someone always there making sure everything was working and refilling the cold cloths.nnI had a treatment with Maria. It was good for what I paid. After we were told we could go in the lounge area for a glass of wine. After 10 min, she came out with a sip of wine for me because the corkscrew broke whatever implement she needed. I then saw another couple come out of a different room with FULL glasses of wine. The whole thing seemed wrong and not professional.nnI would go back for the saunas but I would not book online.
This hidden place was an amazing experience! So many different saunas, steam rooms and many treatment options available. Upon arrival at 9am, we were greeted nicely. We were able to use all the saunas and stream rooms for up to 2 hours before our booked massage which was included with the massage booking, as well as 2 towels and a robe you bring your own slippers, swim suit. We were informed that they had no robes available as they were still replacing items that were destroyed in their recent fire. This should have been mentioned when we received the confirmation call the day before, however it wasn't. We were told they would bring us some robes and to head to the change room. After changing into our swim suits, one of us went back to the front reception, spoke to the manager, who was quite rude, and they still had no robes for us and didn't plan on having any for us there was 3 of us, girls day. We were disappointed as they should have informed us on the confirmation call so we could've been prepared as it's also advertised on their website that the robes are provided. My friend came back to the change room to let us know there were no robes for us and within 5 mins, a lovely staff member who witnessed my friends disappointment, came in with 3 robes that she tracked down for us. We were grateful and thankful for her going above and beyond to make our experience there wonderful she is the reason for . The saunas, steam rooms and massage was so relaxing. I will definitely return and will make sure to ask about the robe situation before going.
Wonderful experience. I couldn’t expect such a variety of saunas. There are eight different saunas and cold plunge to refresh. I loved the atmosphere and beautiful relaxing music. We tried all saunas and overdid it with heat ‍ as we are not very experienced sauna users. So, mind your head and have a good rest between heat sessions to keep it healthy.nI will try massage and facial next time for sure.nIt was clean and beautiful inside, which is very important.nI will definitely come back.
I have found paradise at the Art of Sauna and spa. The beautiful and unique dry saunas, steam rooms, cold plunges, and Himalayan salt room would have been magical and valuable even on their own. I was lucky to have been able to book the 75 Min Body Detoxifying Wrap with Alex and it was pure bliss. He worked with me expertly, respectfully, and in tune with my body and needs. I've never had such an amazing treatment in my life nor have I been to such a high quality sauna with friendly, understanding, and patient staff. Truly blessed to have gone and I can't wait to go again!! You will not regret going yourself!
Incredible experience!! The saunas and steam rooms are so relaxing and beautiful. Was so wonderful to spend the 2 hours there before my facial which was soo amazing!! Was in a total state of bliss after it all and cannot wait to go back again!!
