Very slow, waited in line for 4 hrs. I had straight 16's on and over 30min to unload.
They close at 2.15 for pickups make sure you arrive before and this is the right place for lumber because edmonton has 5 arrow reload locations others are for steel or iron stuff
From the last 1.30 hour am standing at main entrance for my turn and still don’t know when they will come to load me.
First off they do have friendly staff. However I find it frustrating to sit for over an hour waiting to get loaded only to be told that you have go the shipping office. I know sounds logical! But the gate is closed with a big fat STOP sign and the signage outside only tells you to go to the office if you don't have a Ladd radio frequency and are offloading. Then just to the right of the big gate there is a small gate opening with a lock on it. So you sit for over an hour, only to get passed over because now you have to go into the office and talk to them now. All in all, put up a sign stating to go see shipping and that we are okay just jump the gate to get it in. Ended up sitting another hour, really not great.
When thay get to you.. thay unloaded fast guys are nice. Eat first it's a long wait..
Loaded my tractor trailer there.. they are good to work with and I had no to little trouble getting in and out with my load
Short load time and well organized
Super quick and professional staff
Very good had no problems.
