I had a very harrowing experience with Arrow Moving and Storage while planning a move from Colorado to California. Sunny, who is a senior consultant at this company had given me a two day (16th and 17th Feb 2018 ) window according to which I booked my flight for the 18th, then rescheduled on 16th evening for a later date leaving me with no option and putting me in a very stressful situation. They also have a complicated refund process. I would suggest not to use this company for any sort of move even though their rates might be competitive.

We worked with Mayflower (Arrow Moving & Storage) recently in a move from Cheyenne, WY to Oro Valley, AZ. All throughout the process the people we worked with were professional and courteous. At one point when the closing on our new house was delayed, they worked with us to postpone delivery of our belongings. The crew that packed, transported, and unloaded out stuff were most careful and took time to ensure that every box was placed in the proper location. I'd recommend using them if you are considering a move.

Our family had a great experience with Arrow Moving & Storage. From the first visit to our home to estimate the move, to when they pulled away from the curb at our new home, we were treated well by a friendly and professional staff. There were many people involved in this move, and the thing that impressed me the most was that as a team they were able to make a highly stressful event much less tenuous. The move coordinator, Bobby Jo Martinez, stayed in close contact and was available to answer questions any time. The driver of our truck, Jason Womble, was a true professional and an incredibly hard worker! The movers protected our stuff well, and were very careful to put down materials to protect our flooring before getting things underway. I wholeheartedly recommend Arrow Moving & Storage and Mayflower. Thank you!

For your own sake please do not use them. I wish I could rate them lower but I can't. They damaged my stuff so badly while it was in storage and then totally ripped me off even though I bought the top of the line insurance. I was left with so much useless and broken junk. Use anyone else but them. Please.
