Cute little cafe at Niagara Outlet, just outside the food court. There’s a good amount of seating indoor and outdoor. The service was good, I got the latte with some honey in it and it was great. They have a good portion of meals, sandwiches, and vegan options available. Easy to find and perfect place for a quick break before getting back to shopping!
My family and I are regulars at Aroma as we are locals, we visit aroma as often as once a week or every weekend. The service can be disappointing. My mother is a visible practicing Muslim woman and PoC and the demeanour and attitude of the workers unfortunately is always a discriminatory, disappointing experience considering the amount of money and time we spend there. Nevertheless, the food can be delicious at times. Their sandwiches are good any if not all. Their coffee will absolutely never disappoint. Pastries, too. Their seatings are great! There’s always room for everyone. As far as prices go, they are reasonable! I.e, $5.5/$6.2 cappuccino as every coffee house there is now. I have to notate that the outside seating is cleaner than the indoors. The ground is usually always crumby and sticky considering the coffee and beverage spills. Music selection is great. Good for singles, family, kids. Despite my experience with obvious remarks to my mom, the place is alright for those who aren’t POC and visible practicing individuals.
I stopped here for a quick lunch with my friend during our shopping trip in Niagara. Really enjoyed sandwich and spinach pie. The mint drinks were very refreshing. Food: 5/5
Always love visiting aroma, regardless of location! There’s one thing I always get here in the summer days which is the iced aroma! Essentially a frappe but nice and creamy and just super refreshing! And definitely has that caffeine kick needed to continue that shopping! Service was great! Thought it would take some time with it being at the outlet and the amount of traffic going in and out of this spot, but relatively quick! Aroma Espresso bar offers a variety of fresh and light meals. Whenever I’m at the outlet mall I always stop to get a sandwich and soup! The bread is so fresh and soft.
I visit this Aroma frequently whenever I’m in town, it’s always a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and the food/drinks are delicious. I recommend their croissant sandwiches, I got the smoked salmon on my most recent visit there and it was so yummy! The croissant is flaky and light and the salmon pairs well with the tomato, lettuce, onion and cream cheese. I also love their iced matcha latte, I usually get it whenever I shop at the outlet. It can get pretty busy though especially on weekends, so expect a lineup. Other than that this is a solid spot to grab a bite.
Beautiful cozy coffee and restaurant inside the Niagara collection outlet . Fast service , very friendly staff and great healthy food and drink selection . Try their Bowls and salads . Loved the taste and presentation of Mediterranean spiced chicken .
Cute atmosphere,great indoor-outdoor seating options. Casual dining with a lot of great healthy options as well as vegetarian and vegan options. Alcohol available, great for shopping center when you need to take a break.
So disappointed with both the service and my hazelnut latte. What happened to Aroma? This place used to be a really tasty spot with exceptional service. What's left is really messy drinks and super slow and discouraging service. Food is still good though thank god.Food: 1/5
I ordered 3 different coffee, female staffs looks like they don't like to be there, especially the blonde girl, doesn't smile at all. Gives the vibe of order here and get the hell out. Doesn't feel welcoming, if Tim Horton's isn't so far from our store, I wouldn't even go buy at Aroma. PS; I love the carrot cake wit Pistacho though ^^
