The receptionist messed up our family scheduling , the receptionist yelled at us TWICE, we told them we’d be 30 minutes late and they had the biggest temper tantrum ever, wouldn’t come here again, or waste my money here
Today both of my kids had their teeth cleaned with the lovely dental hygienists at Armstrong Dental. My kids are 7 and 9 and the hygenists made them feel safe and comfortable. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful, and Dr. Trussell is very patient and knowledgeable. We always have a great experience at this dental office and will continue all of our oral hygiene care here. The entire staff is warm and caring. It's always a great experience. Highly recommend!!!
Avoid this place at all costs unless you are unemployed or have an abundance of time on your hands to wait around. This is my second time here. My first appointment I was booked in for a mandatory exam and a cleaning. They didn’t schedule in enough time to do both in the same appointment so I got the exam done but only a quarter of my cleaning. I had to book a second appointment for a filling and for the rest of my cleaning. Fun? I get to my second appointment which was scheduled for a month and a half later. I came in 3 mins early for my appointment and waited another 15 to get sat in a chair. The dentist finished my filling and so far I have been waiting 18 minutes for my cleaning to start with no confidence that will begin any time soon as the hygienist just started on a different patient. I just inquired and the assistant said it would be another 30 minutes before my cleaning starts. Maybe it’s because I’m from Edmonton where there’s tons of selection however, this is the least time organized clinic I have ever been to. I’m sure they could schedule their appointments much better. The staff are friendly enough I suppose but 2 hours at the dentist for a simple 10 minute filling and a cleaning? That’s unfortunate and highly disappointing. I will drive the 50 minutes to Kelowna before I ever book here again.
Was not able to afford more than an X-ray and a root canal. They screwed up my appointment time after a long drive from Outside of Enderby at -22 C. Receptionist even raised her voice so much I had to ask her to not yell at me. Was really disappointed when they said I had to come another time because I was 6 minutes late. With a root canal exposed and in pain. If you don’t have a lot of money your probably not welcome there. At least that is the feeling I have been given. $ 340.00 out of pocket for root canal even with Dental coverage as a disabled person. Money seems to outweigh the idea of helping people in distress here. Not a good choice

I have always hated going to the dentist until I came here.The staff is great and treat you like their own family.I had a root cannel done and did not feel a thing.That makes me happy.Best place to go.You guys rock.
Everyone at the Armstrong Dental Centre was amazing, my entire family had a great experience. All 5 of us came out smiling with very clean teeth.
The staff and management are great. They do everything to make sure that my visit is good. From the little things to the big things, I always feel I am in good hands Thanks
