The Arms Museum is a beautiful gem in Downtown Youngstown and is especially remarkable when decorated for Christmas. I have been several times and wanted to surprise my family with a visit today. Unfortunately, my entire experience was colored by the rude and dismissive "greeting" we were given up on entering. The workers made us leave the home to go to another building to purchase our admission sticker. When we returned they were cordially helping a couple purchase their admission right there , where we had just been trying to do the same before we were sent to the other location. It was difficult to enjoy the beauty of the displays and to share all of the discoveries with my family after having been treated with such disregard and made to feel so unwelcome.
What a lovely place! I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had vintage Christmas items available for purchase. BRILLIANT! I look forward to my next visit. .Visited onWeekend

Visited during the Christmas event. Definitely worth the trip. Look forward to going back in the summer.
This is a great local museum, an enjoyable look into local history. This museum is absolutely beautiful over the Christmas season.
