Said he needed 5000$ for an appeal. After he got paid, he asked for another 5000$. When we tried to cancel he wrote a BS overpriced invoice where a 5 minute phone call was 500$ and showing up to court once for a remand was 1000$, counting the money handed to him also costed 500$(just to pay him). Conveniently the invoice added up to exactly 5000$ so that he didn't have to refund money. He never filed the appeal or did anything remotely professional. All he did was steal a poor old lady's life savings. This guy is a scam artist. Do not trust him

Mr. Clarke took my case and man did he deliver! Going through legal trouble can be a daunting experience but Joshua made me feel comfortable and hopeful all the while maintaining a realistic lens of potential outcomes. Joshua Clarke is exceptional in every way, not only did he handle my grandson's legal problems in such a professional manner, but he did so while being very considerate of how we all were feeling. Mr. Clarke picked up early on that our grandson had a hard time understanding things and took the extra time that was needed to ensure that the boy understood completely. He did this in such a caring way, leaving the boy still feeling good about himself. Something all to rare these days. My grandson benefited greatly from his experience with Mr. Clarke not just as a lawyer, but also as a good man who took the time to talk with him and steer him in the right direction.
