This was my first time entering and I really enjoyed it. The store had a theme and the music and staff worked to uphold this theme. I appreciate that. I think my teen would love to shop here soon. It was cool and felt like I flew back to a the 80’s but cooler. I enjoyed this store and found the staff as helpful as I needed them to be.

Very kind staff and they are very positive. The drinks aren’t as sweet but their pastries are delicious. There clothes may be expensive but it’s worth it due to the durability.

A beautiful place to shop, but there are some things that will never change about this place that are undesirable no private mirrors, snobby staff who overcrowd you when you wear expensive clothing but ignore you when you look more casual. I've been shopping here for years and unfortunately it's still the same, despite the countless reviews and feedback. Biggest complaint is lack of sizes. This is a company wide issue. In store, almost everything I look at is sold out in my size or colour. Very frustrating.

Polo park Aritzia winnipeg is really rude. Need to put my coffee for a bit to answer a call and security approach  me and told me  marble  base is really expensive we can't replace it.

I went to shop in person today for the first time in years. I went specifically to try on parkas and coats. I often feel intimidated to shop in person. But I am so glad I went in today. All the sales girls who helped me were incredibly kind and so helpful in helping me decide what is the right size for me. Sorry I didn’t catch the names of the girls helping me. Thank you again!

Clothing material has been good but not luxury so they need to relax the workers are quite judgmental on how you look or dress.. I can compare the times where I wear my nice clothes or the casual fit. I tend to get better help and customer service when I put more effort on how a dress.

I always find the store clean and beautifully merchandised - it’s a gorgeous place to shop! I do find that I’m treated very differently depending on my appearance when I enter the store. If I’m ‘dressed up’, I get far more attention from staff compared to what I experience if I’m dressed more casually. I haven’t had any negative experiences as a result of this, and actually use it to my advantage and dress down when I want to shop independently.  The stars I dropped are purely because of the lack of mirrors inside the fitting rooms. It’s already a very intimidating store for many people expensive, many stories of people having bad experiences with staff, etc - forcing people to leave the privacy of their fitting room to be able to check how something looks in the mirror bothers me immensely. I’m assuming that this decision wasn’t made by this store specifically, but the company overall, but it’s frustrating regardless. Mirrors in the fitting rooms, please! It’s actually prevented me from both trying on, and from purchasing, on several occasions.

I used to like Aritzia, but now I am having my doubts solely because of the customer service. If you don’t look a certain way, or dress a certain way, you will not be helped, let alone acknowledged. The staff there are incredibly pretentious and snobby. I felt extremely uncomfortable and judged upon entering. I think it’s common sense to be a decent human being, but clearly those “skills” need to be incorporated in their training. Will not be shopping here again.

Upon walking into the store i was greeted by a young girl. I was in specifically for two types of bodysuits, she looked it up for me and they do not carry in store only online, which i wouldn't have known, so was very disappointed. She offered to help me pick out other options in the colors i wanted so i was like " sure! great", so i waited around 15-20 mins and she never came back to me. I was greeted by another girl who asked if i needed help  let me tell you, they really don't want to help you based on the way they talk to you and i told her i was waiting but got tired of waiting and wanted to know what was taking so long. The girl didn't even bother to look for other bodysuits for me she just proceeded to do other things and left me there waiting for nothing. Awful customer service.. i will purchase online next time!!! wouldn't shop here again.
