Great quality products and the best warranty in the business. Don’t bother spending on a cheaper awning with a 2 year warranty. We made this mistake. Their 10yr warranty is worth the peace of mind. Very pleased with their zip screens and awnings.
POOR SERVICE. I had sent them an email to ask for the quotation of awning and I actually do not understand clearly about awning since this is not my professional major. I sent them the measurement and I also had a research on their website, the dimension that I provided to them is basically showing on their website and the way they answer me let me feel like they do not need customer. They said that they are really busy and dont have time to go back with my email and let me make sure what I want before contact them. I want to said that if I understand everything about canopy awnings deepness, I will open a store next to their store. This is the worst service that I have ever seen. I dont understand why this company can say that it is a leading manufacturer of awning.
