I look forward to doing my taxes...says no one ever! But with Michael, Michelle, and their team, they actually make the whole tax return process quite painless and, dare I say, enjoyable. That's because they especially Michelle, who was my main point-of-contact are knowledgeable, responsive, friendly and super helpful. Truly a breath of fresh air, they provide upfront pricing, set expectations turnaround time, deliver on their promise, and are open to questions and giving advice along the way.
Ask for simple questions and their service you have to book an appointment for a consultation with the accountant! Instead of hire a modeling photographer hire someone knowledgeable for your services and rates!
Michael was great - Laid out clear expectations and good advise overall. I chose Michael for his understanding of cryptocurrency taxes which can be rare to find in Vancouver. I would recommend him for any complex tax situation.
This accounting firm was able to help me with a tax situation which was much more complex than I originally anticipated. They were able to take my file on at the height of tax season craziness, and process it quickly. Although not typically geared toward basic personal returns, their fees are well worth it for anyone with tricky or confusing tax situations foreign property or income, capital gains etc. Their system for exchanging documents securely is smooth and streamlined, and made what could have been a stressful process simple. Highly recommended for those with small businesses as they offer tailored solutions for those situations!
