Aren't We Naughty

One star off because they charge more for items in store than online and don’t price match with their online prices. A second star for the lack of selection and drop in quality items compared to twenty years ago. Almost everything is made in China and won’t last a day. Party City is close by and have better bachelorette supplies. It’s basically a vibrator store now, it’s not what it used to be.

Absolutely terrible first time experience. My best friend was buying me a gift of a toy. The sales rep petite asian girl told me that what I wanted to get was made of silicone when in fact it was made of PVC. On top of being at a loss of $80, the product wouldn't suction to any surface - defective build. The rep on the phone of course refused to give the sales reps name, told me they test the products before they sell then why was it not working?, and didn't offer any form of compensation for falsely advertising the material or for it being defective. He said I can contact the manufacturer but refused to help me find the contact information for them - something that he would obviously have access to and would take him no time at all. Very very poor customer service. I advise everyone to avoid this store and shop at smaller boutiques where you know you will get better service and knowledgable staff.

So here is my review about this location. I work in sales. I know that when I speak to a customer or a prospect in my daily business, I am always honest about everything that they're asking and whether it's the quality of the products and/or the reviews it has. When I walked into the Aren't We Naughty store today i purchased an item for $200 an item that was marketed not only as a premium product but falsely described and sold from the Aren't We Naughty sales person. When I got home after purchasing this product and realizing right at that point that the product was not good quality. I quickly looked online and saw that 81% of the reviews out of 100% were poorly reviewed about this product. I am going to take some ownership and say I should have researched more independently myself before going to Arent We Naughty. Although I also should have got the truth when I was given a full sales pitch by the male staff member today. Due to me never receiving the truthful information about the product or the reviews, the product was sold and marketed from the Arent We Naughty staff member as a premium product only to realize obviously they hid the truth and failed to mention the facts. The sales person failed the one most important duty of being a salesperson, which is to never lie to the customer and always present the truth with positive and potential negative information. Integrity will allow anyone be seen as reliable and trustworthy. The sales person did not present anything except a "car sale" type of experience. I will never shop at Arent We Naughty ever again. The most disappointing part about the situation is how no solution was provided to me when I complained. The only outcome was the sales person not taking any accountability and letting me know that all sales are final with no returns no matter what the reason. Once again, I will never be setting foot in that store again due to the experience being such poor quality. I live my life with integrity and honesty, therefore any business would be expected to do the same for their customer's. It's pretty sad that Arent We Naughty stands by nothing except a false promise and extreme poor customer service. I hope this helps anybody that is going to think about shopping or going to buy anything from them. The experience today has made my opinion of the brand to be soured. The product is not the issue its the nature of the situation that was not ethical or truthful to the overall experience i was provided The product was Autoblow 2.

Bought my first Pillow Talk Sassy here. The lovely petite lady showed me all the silicone vibrators, even opened up the package and tested the product for me to make sure it works. I dunno ... I just fell in love with the Pillow Talk Sassy, its very easy to use, and the associate was very helpful and honest about everything.

My lady friend had poor experience. While she was there was made to feel uncomfortable by male employee, because she was followed around. Also they didn’t stop another male shopper in her personal space with his phone taking a vid??

These guys are thieves - I bought the Hitachi magic wand here just now - for $129.89, and they won't even match THEIR OWN online prices $91.96 only to find out that a few km away - on the Cupid love boutique - they sell the very same product - at the store, for $89.99. "aren't we naughty" no - you're not, you're just thieves then wouldn't agree to match that price, nor cancel the purchase and refund me what I paid - although I bought it literally 10 minutes ago, and they can verify it's totally unopened. Never buy here, before you compare with other stores - I know I'll never buy from these price-jacking thieves ever again.

They helped me and my partner choose the perfect toys, she had all the tips and info so you definitely go home with something you'll love!

Been into this store twice. Really creepy dude works there and follows you around the store. He always has his phone out and has made my bf and I very uncomfortable. He gets close enough to listen to our convo, doesn’t offer help or service, just pretends he’s not watching and listening. Won’t be going back/

If there was no stars, it would apply to Aren't We Naughty Store. Customer service is terrible. The male manager or owner, whoever he is rude, sneaky and insulting and should not be working in retail or servicing anyone. I will NEVER shop at this store.

The sales associate was very helpful. All of our questions were cheerfully answered. We were very happy with our purchase and were left with several ideas about what to get next!
