I was very disappointed with my first time experience at this store. I was greeted by the 2 young girls who worked there, but was never offered assistance. I spent a good 10 minutes looking at specific products, and not once was offered help. Two separate men walked in and within a minute the one girl was offering him help, without him asking. I found the girls rude and not friendly.
Honestly the customer service is not there the lady with the braids needs to learn a thing or two about customer service and how to approach people in a respectful polite manner, not welcoming. Also I don’t like that the store doesn’t have any privacy usually at stores like this they have a black curtains to make it more discreet, i dont like that people outside the store can see what I’m shopping for, but more importantly the customer service does not make me want to return unfortunately, I’ll buy online from now on.
Good selection of toys and vibes which is what I really like!, but moreover, very knowledgeable friendly ladies are always there to answer any questions and freely discuss subjects in detail while making you feel comfortable, yet excited at the same time. Every time there has been a really nice time!
I strongly recommend you don't waste your time and money at this store. They haven't any responsibility for what they sell. I was there yesterday, and they sold me a defective product that was impossible to use! When I requested them to exchange or refund the money, they refused, and a black lady who works there treated me very rudely! They caught my money for a product I have to throw out to the garbage without even one-time use! They deserve zero stars!
Second time there and last. Staff, two young women, look at you like deer caught in the headlights, unable to form a simple sentence. Like dude! So uncomfortable. Why are you keeping these kids if this is a repeat behaviour???
I know a Weenie Man He owns a weenie stand He sells most everything from hotdogs to buns, buns, buns, buns! Someday I'll join his life I'll be his Weenie Wife Hot dog, I love that Weenie Man!
Came in to check the place out. Very quickly learned they are behind times with fitting rooms still closed. With so many manufacturers being so different on sizing I wasn't able to buy a new dress for my fiance. I'll continue at the alternative or afs . It's a shame I have spent my fair share of money in this store
Honestly one of the best adult stores in Ottawa. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable on the products!! I was nervous when I first came in and right away the ladies made me felt welcomed! Definitely will come back!!
Terrible customer service. Been waiting for a package since September. Issue is still not resolved. Every time I contact them I get a different excuse.
I must say this is a nice little store.. no they do not carry any and everything you may want but there's online for that.. they do however have decent staff that seem non judgmental and willing to help answer any questions you may have.. they do not all seem to have the same amount of product knowledge tho but that's ok people learn as they go.. I do find the prices can be a little more expensive here then some other shops in the city but it could be many factors behind the company and their pricing so no judgement from me.. over all it is a good little shop with friendly staff.
