Spoke to a very rude receptionist, who said her name was Sherry, she wasn't listening to what I had to say, she was very argumentative and plain rude, asked for her supervisor information and she hang up on me. I have had better experience before

Kept getting cut off by discourteous receptionist. I think she was on autopilot with her responses rather than listening to the actual questions. Unusual, as prior experiences were positive.
