I have always been greeted politely. The staff know what they are doing, my eldest son took his learners test there and we have nothing but good things to say. I would recommend them.
My wife and i were in last week and didn't have the proper documents with us as the car dealer hadn't presented them to us. Karen went above and beyond, contacted the dealer and had all the paper work sent directly to her. So, instead of sending us away to gather the info, Karen took care of everything on our behalf. Please don’t take driving licence test to this registry . I have 13 years of driving experience in newzealand aswell as 5 years of commercial licence experience they fail me twice specially Darrel driving inspector They just trying to make money from you . I am so upset with their decision. I would not recommend anyone to take test in this registry.
To anyone in Calgary that is tired of the city registry self entitled b.s. and bad attitude, I highly recommend Adriel for all your registry and insurance needs. Stop dealing with the clowns in Calgary that don't know how to treat you with respect and dignity.especially if you're a white straight christian male The ladies behind the desk are very kind and helpful, and the driving instructors are humble, knowledgeable, and want to see you succeed. Thank you Adriel for giving me faith in humanity, even if it's just a sliver.
Stopped here to do a little business the other day. I've heard that the wait line can be up to 1 hour! However, I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Staff was friendly and very efficient. They know their stuff, and are able to take care of customers and keep an eye on the line, while saying hi to someone else! A very positive atmosphere and fast, friendly, down-home service!
I will never support this agency again. I’ve had numerous unprofessional experiences mostly unfriendly and ignorant service but today I’m officially done! I went to pickup my sons drivers abstract with the consent form he filled out and scanned to me as he just moved to Toronto. The consent he put both my husband and my name and put OR between our names as he wasn’t sure which parent could get this done for him today. The lady was rude and said sorry both parents have to be here as he put both names! I said well my husband is In Edmonton today with work and my son In Toronto paired it says OR and she said no have him fill the paper out again and come back!!! Are you kidding me This is one of many issues similar to the above I have had! Now I’m going to add take your plexi glass down stop having us wait outside and wait for a text Covid is over!! I will do all my insurance needs in Calgary from now on!!!
Was skipped in line by two people who just walked in while I was standing there following the rules of text before you enter. Kind of annoying because both people drove up after i did and didn't wait and no one said anything about them texting. I will not be texting next time and i suggest you dont waste your time texting either when you go here.
It has been a while since I had to use a registries office. Last timea different one was painful. Had to make multiple trips in because they diddnt know what they were doing. The folks at Ardiel were amazing. Send them a text to get added to the line up, they text you back and call your name when it is your turn. The person I dealt with was super helpful. I was expecting to be there for an hour but was in and out on about 20 min. A huge improvement from the last time using a different office.
