Good place to get exercise by walking in the pool during the Adult swim time each day between 11:45 am and 1:00 pm. Numerous other folks are doing the same thing to recover from knee, hip or back surgery. I have recently begun working with a physiotherapist at the pool and it has made a big difference. He has added a number of leg exercises to my regular regime, as well as adding ankle weights to increase the work load.

Pool is getting run down. No nice area for younger.children to play as it was built with not much thought about children. Family swims the guards don't put in the climbing gym for the youngsters and say they cannot as it's starting to break and they only put it in during the day time ... if it's broken fix it or replace it ... come on.

Very out of date facilities. Family change room does not have a directly available washroom. Nothing much more than a small public pool. Also has a very small hot tub for the only public pool in Timmins.

Only pool in town but clean facility. Kids love the divi board, slide and rock climbing wall
