I have been a patient here for many years. Dr. Zhang takes her time to understand and resolve the issue. She is kind, patient, empathetic and very good at what she does! Her team is always kind and caring!
It was my 10 year teethiversary at Arch this week. I’ve never considered leaving. And that’s saying something considering the amount of dentists offices near Liberty Village. Dr Zhang is the best dentist I’ve ever used. The staff that clean your teeth are very professional. I don’t write reviews unless the services provided are absolutely outstanding. I could not recommend Arch Dental more. They are exceptional.
Went in for dental cleaning. They had an appointment last minute which was great. It ended u getting rescheduled but they worked with me to get in it in time for my insurance benefits. Cleaning was done professionally.
I’ve been a client here for 3 years and everyone I’ve interacted with is so welcoming, kind, and helpful. Always a positive experience when I come in for an appointment!
Dr. Zhang is very gentle and reassuring. My 13 year old didn’t feel a thing during the two extractions. She is very professional and great with kids. She is a skilled dentist. She was constantly checking and communicating with my son during the procedure.
Staff is great! Dr. Zhang is kind, patient, gentle, and does an amazing job!
I have been at arch dental for years now. Always done great work. I started a new job and didn’t have dental yet. They were kind enough to give me a very decent rate for my filling. Happy to have them in the neighbourhood.
So far has been an excellent experience, really nice receptionist, very kind an helpful dental assistant - excellent teeth cleaning - no pain and very careful. My gums are unfortunately bad right now due to lack of dental care via covid - plaque build up. She actually gave options of doing half now and coming back in a week or so after gums heal to do other portion instead of just bulldozing through leaving my mouth in pain and bleeding without sharing her recommendations. For me it works as we have more scaling on my plan so I could use that idea. Again - all about customer service at this dentist yup you actual read that correctly - I said it *** GREAT "Customer Service" *** at a dentist office!! The Doctor is amazing - very kind and thoughtful, explains everything very very well, and makes sure your comfortable. I have a bit of anxiety going to a new person and she totally understood. Had to have my first filling in decades - covid not being able to go for reg check up : - just a small one. She was excellent - did not feel needle at all, very careful doing the drilling and made sure I was super comfortable - even gave options to bit on something during procedure. Did the filling and everything very quickly but focused on details - like ensuring my bit was correct and keeps doing a QA check to ensure it was right. Also letting you know to please call or come back if any concerns. Very very nice women - can not express enough how much it means that you care for those who come to you. Day after - no tooth pain or any unusual feeling in my gums so that is a good indicator as well. My son is going next week for his first cleaning and check up.
Outstanding job. Friendly, kind and patient. thank you much much better than last time; please do not scheduled the previous hygienist for me again please
