A Testimonial to Henri Laxon Arcade florist . This florist was mentioned to me as this is in my husbands chapter, in BNI , he made an appointment and the first consultation went very well , and i felt very comfortable , and more then happy to go ahead with the booking for my wedding , day . Henri covered everything from wedding colour scheme , arch ,bouquets ,button holes, table plans ,table settings baskets , decorations , she even went the extra mile and decorated the room where I got ready with my hairdresser etc, everything Henri did exceeded my expectations, it was all exceptional and outstanding . Then when I saw my amazing bouquet for the first time I was over come with emotion , as it was so beautiful I could not believe it! . The table decorations looked absolutely stunning at the reception ceremony. I cannot recommend Henri and her lovely daughter Jess enough . Absolutely first class Mrs Marie Goodwin & Mr Ralph Goodwin

Excellent service, last minute order by telephone for delivery the following day. The young lady on the telephone was really polite and exceptionally helpful, the order was placed quickly for a beautiful plant, I know it was a beautiful plant because a picture was emailed to me by Arcade Florist so that I knew what I was ordering. Delivery was made on time, great value for money and a pleasure to do business with. I recommend them highly and will definitely use them again.
As a business, we use Arcade every time to send to clients who have lost their fur babies, we always get a wonderful service, prompt delivery and the flowers are always fresh and plentiful. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Used Henri and Jess lots of times for various bouquets, door fairy, wreaths bespoke designs They are a wonderful bunch and make sure your design is how you want it and make you feel very welcome. I totally recommend and will always use them.
Lovely flowers for all the special occasions in your life. Henri and her team always create beautiful bouquets, and deliver them with a smile. When my partner, a school teacher, wanted flowers as a thank you for various members of staff, there was only one florist I recommended her to. Several bouquets later, all delivered into the school so the staff and children could see them in an end of term assembly. Excellent service from first phone call through to doorstep delivery.
I went to Arcade Florist requiring flowers for a funeral I found the lady who served us to be very helpful informative and professional I would highly recommend this shop for your floral requirements.

Colours and variety of flowers and how they were put together really demonstrated a high level of care, thought and skill which the whole family also expressed and very much appreciated. Poor value for money and unflattering customer service. We ordered a bouquet for a 40th Wedding Anniversary, what was described on the phone was a bouquet of "Red roses with a few pinks to mix it up". What we received was a mix of red, pink and lime green, put together with little finesse - pink bows, lime green plastic candy floss'esk decoration. We left the shop feeling short changed, paying for them through our own social discomfort, not wanting to cause offence. We came home, noticing some minor damage to the petals, at which point we called to discuss potential return, what we were met with was a challenging attitude - stating they didn't leave the shop like that and when we had collected them we had stated how "lovely they were". Which is absolutely not the case. We then took ourselves to the local supermarket and fixed the arrangement ourselves. It was an expensive lime green flower bag - as the majority of the original flowers had to be taken out as they, in our opinion, looked cheap. We will not be using this service again. We will however, be making it quite clear to any florist at the point of collection if we are not satisfied. We have also discovered a secret talent in flower arranging! The picture below shows the original bunch after we had taken off the pink bow stuck to the side. The second is the arrangement we re-done ourselves with an extra £5 worth of roses from sainsbury's.
