1st time to this location.nGreat restaurant, best Arby's in Metro Edmonton Alberta area.nClean, friendly staff.nThey even have plastic straws bonus. Try it out...nFood was great as promised.
Drive through;nnThey did. Not understand English at all. It was a battle to get my order through.nI drive up to the window and they all were talking in another language to each other and completely ignored me. This is as rude as whispering in front of someone - at least say hello.nReceived my order without a word spoken to me. Not one. Not even a thank you as I help pay your wages.nI looked in the bag and was hoping for some mustard to go with my roast beef sandwich and some ketchup to go with my fries. None. So I asked and got berated for asking AFTER I ordered!? All of a sudden, speaking better English… I asked why and she told me they charge for that. I asked why would I get charged when I just paid $20 for a meal and she kept berating me and handed me some mustard. I drove away with no ketchup, which was okay because the fries container is tiny and I got about 8 fries in it.nnMy son and I eat here regularly once a week. Which is too bad because not only will i not be back, but I will tell anyone who listens to avoid this place like the plague! Although the service has been in steady decline here over the last year or so, this was a first for me. Edo Japan, here we come.nnEdit: the bottom of my crinkle cut fries is the last picture… curly fries ? I don’t like those. What a waste.
This is my second time ordering from here. I orderd the same thing both times. Double beef and cheddar combo with medium fries and medium sprite. The fries both times were very under seasoned and they forgot the cheese on my beef and CHEDDAR twice. It’s the last thing I want is for me to be excited for my food and it not be what I wanted. I get it, it’s a piece of cheese and seasoning on the salt but I pay for it and get the cheese specifically because of how dry the sandwich is. This is ridiculous that this has happened twice to me. I will not be coming here again and will not be ordering their famous curly fries from any establishment, very over hyped from what they used to be.
Absolutely incompetent staff. If you're going through the drive-thru, make sure you eat in the parking lot so you can walk up and get a straw and a napkin after you realize they didnt give you any, even after you specifically asked them to include a straw and a napkin.
Drove all the way here from Fort Saskatchewan says open till 11pm shut off the lights in the drive thru on us at 10pm wouldn’t say this is the best customer service I’ve gotten in awhile. Change your open time not very professional
