Drive thru is always a little impartial. Today the order taker and the clerk seemed a bit disconnected. Other times the people have been wonderful. The food is the better side of good. Today was Reuben Corned Beef and mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella coating was the best I've had in a long time from anywhere.Food: 5/5
I placed an order of the chicken bacon Swiss meal yesterday, and the sandwich came without chicken, just the bacon and lettuce. I the workers give me the order their was laughing, I didn't give them that much attention until I arrived home and the chicken was missed in the sandwich, I didn't pay close to 13 bucks for that kind of service. I hope the manager takes care of this kind of employee, because that's not a good service for the restaurant.
** changed to 4 stars after the restaurant made things right and did it quickly. ** Just paid almost 10 dollars for them to give me a McChicken. I ordered a Chicken Bacon and Swiss and received 1/3 of that order. No bacon. No Swiss. Will not be going back to this location unless Arby's reaches out and makes this right.
Ordered the 2 for $7 roast beef Swiss and ranch just wanted the deal clearly told the lady two times no lettuce no ranch I received two sandwiches with no Swiss cheese both had lettuce and ranch clearly what I didn't ask for I didn't return the sandwiches I took a napkin and wiped the ranch and lettuce off the sandwiches were cold and the meat tasted like it was mushy I do have to say the staff was more than courteous maybe they need to repeat the order back to you or listen a little bit more attentively
A customer was angry because his order was messed up. He went to the drive threw window and was yelling because he was being ignored. I was scared of something bad happening. Other than that I've never had any bad experience there.Food: 5/5

Arby's hits every once in a while, especially this one. With everything always busy on Miller Pky this Arby's is never a packed as the rest of the quick places. Which makes it a hidden gem of Milwaukee.Food: 5/5
Drive thru service was trash, people were nice just took 35 minuit for 4 beef and cheddars
While they taste fine, we ordered a large curly fry and only half of the container was filled. Only thing we ordered. Very frustrating.
Sometimes I get my food cold and for the high prices I should be getting all my food made fresh.Food: 4/5
