Mmmmmm Mozzarella sticks guys!!! And today I got an email for 40% off my entire meal so naturally I had my husband get us right up in there!!!!! We LOVE this Arby's. They never mess our order up, they always are lightening fast, and we always have fun trying to decode the riddles they post on their drive thru window daily! You guys please never change!
Had the French dip sandwich which is always tasty but the crinkle fries were terrible! You could tell they had been sitting for awhile. They were barely warm. Couldn't even eat them. Threw them away! Service was okay. Except they forgot to put my au jus sauce on the tray. Had to go back up for it. Dining tables could have been a little cleaner. For $25 I would have liked to be able to eat my full meal. Maybe just an off day but I hope they try a little harder next time.
The Loaded Mac n Cheese Bowl was sloppy, like they threw the food in the bowl from across the restaurant. It was awful and the bacon bits were dry and impossible to chew. Definitely not worth $5.00. The napkins smelled like mildew.
Always good food, but they can be a little forgetful with putting Arby Sauce in the bag. Why ask if you're not going to put it in there?Food: 5/5

Arby's isn't good. Their food doesn't taste good, there's just a bad energy there, and literally no body goes there. We sat there for 20 minutes waiting for our food, and one truck came through in the whole 20 minutes. They should change it to a Sonic.Food: 1/5
If you order there check the food we ordered the ribeye sandwich and the meat was rotten..the whole place smelled rancid when we took them back not sure how they could cook that without smelling it wow
Young lady named Abby was the rudest person I have run into in a long time !!! And then she charged me almost 14$ for my med classic meal ! Will NEVER GO BACK THERE !!! Sure would like to talk to her boss !!!
It is what it is. Fast food thats a nice change from the the typical burgers. The one in Alma is fairly accurate and not the slowest place in town.Food: 4/5
