Ian G was EXTREMELY rude to us and seemed very annoyed with having to work. He couldn't leave his phone alone long enough to properly take an order, nor did he feel like washing his hands after wiping his nose, prior to bagging my food. Thankfully, the food wasn't made by him, just poorly bagged, however, the shake that he prepared, seemed a bit complicated for him, as we request no toppings and received both, it's unfortunate that this is the type of attitude that we received.
The fish sandwich was delicious. I asked for no lettuce and it actually had no lettuce. Usually at fast food places, they never leave the lettuce off and I'm sure to emphasize NO lettuce. Thank you, Arby's for making my order correctly!Food: 5/5
I was on my way to a meeting and I needed to grab something quick so I went through the drive-thru they were friendly. Got me through pretty quickly. I ordered the number two and that was my first time ordering from Arby's where I got my roast beef put into what I would call a bag and wrapped. I think it kept it a lot warmer because I tend to eat my fries first because they're open.

We were traveling and this Arby's was easily accessible from the highway. We had our meal, and one of the friendly staff quickly provided us with a second milkshake so we could be on our way!Food: 5/5
All wanted was the advertised peppermint shake but they said not getting until next week… that is after Christmas. Private owned stores should have to keep ad stock.
Our group of 50 came in following a church service in Flint. Our previous plans fell through and Arbys in DeWitt made it happen! Serving our whole group in 23 min with a smile!!! They did amazing! Thank you from Cornerstone Tabernacle!
