Waited 20 minutes in a LONG LINE just to get up to the speaker, and be told something wasn't working and had to wait 10+ minutes  WASTE OF TIME!!!

I go to Arby's once a month. The employees are polite & never get my orders wrong! And I always have two big separate orders! Good job guys! I appreciate it.

I only got the beef and cheddar but it was a very tasty sandwich and I would eat it again. Also the fries are fun.

I got my order reasonably fast and correct but they didn't have spicy three peppers sauce. This is a sauce that only arby's carries. How could they run out!?!
