Arby's

Sick. Why do they advertise a sandwich, then provide you with a box of grease. The turkey tasted like the smell of the fecal matter on the handle you flush with. My fries were as black as the ace of spades. Kudos to these guys for somehow keeping the doors open.

One of my favorite fast food restaurant

I pulled up to the drive thru. I ordered a corn beef with sour kraut and sweet potato waffle fries. They said they were out of the fries. That did it for me. I said over the intercom “Yeah. Just cancel it. I’ll take my money elsewhere.” And I did.

The service at Arby's on Quincy in Ottumwa is outstanding! I'm always greeted in a friendly manner, the food is always hot & mistakes are very few and far between. It's so nice to have a place like this that you can trust & depend on.

Grate seletion of food and grate staff

Foods always fresh, and the line moves quickly. The ladies at the window are always so friendly.

Fairly quick, friendly service. Sandwich had a lot of meat on it and was very tasty.

I had the Smoked Brisket very good. And curly fries are Always a plus and had the Jamocha shake!! Very filling!!
