I do not recommend this company. I was told the work would take 2 hours. From the time their truck pulled up to the time their truck left was 40 minutes, maybe 45 minutes the most. When they left, the cleanup wasn’t completed and part of the tree wasn’t even pruned. This company does not care about their customers. The work they did for the big buck they charged you, it is not worth it.
We have worked with Arbutus Tree Service for three different types of services. They are really straight forward and easy to deal with. They are super efficient and reasonably priced. I also appreciate that they are experts in their field. It is refreshing to work with a company that pride in their services and in their customer service.
Arbutus are reliable and do an excellent job. They are pleasant, polite hard-working arborists who do the job you want and need done professionally and completely. If they start at 8am, they are done by noon. No supervision needed. They arrive, go over the work to be done with you and you are free to do as you please. They will ask you to look over the job done and amend anything missed. Highly recommended. Norm and his staff are the right men for the job! Thanks again, guys!
Norm from Arbutus tree is very professional and always respond promptly. The team who worked on the backyard was very efficient and professional as well. They confirmed about everything thoroughly before starting any work. They were very polite and did not bother us for anything, cleaned up everything before they left. They also left us a pile of firewood cut to the size that we asked for free of charge. The invoice was sent a day after the service with the correct amount. We were very satisfied with the works done by Arbutus Tree.
Norm came within a few hours of my call for the estimate. Work was done quickly, carefully and clean the following day we were lucky it was a small job I guess. James executed the work and was very personable and understanding of our concerns. Great service all around.
Arbutus Tree Service did an excellent job in removing two large Cypress trees on our property. They were timely, efficient, and the clean up was well done. And the other positive they are a local company which for me is an important choice. I would highly recommend Arbutus Tree Service for reliable and knowledgeable service. Beverley Watt
I recently had a large tree branch come down that threatened Hydro wires and public safety. Norm responded to the house within an hour of my call. His quote was reasonable and the crew were able to complete the removal that day. They were quick, efficient, and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend his services.
