It was a good little mall. It had all the essentials like a grocery store, liquor store, bank, a cafe, some miscellaneous shops and at one time a pet store. The mall is very run down because the owners don't want to spend anything to upgrade the mall. Most of the stores have moved out. Only the Safeway, BC Liquor and BMO remain. Before this mall was built, the developer wanted to build a much bigger shopping centre but the home owners in area complained including the Mayor. As a result, a much smaller shopping centre was built instead which suits the neighborhood much better. Unfortunately, the rabid developers are back and now want to replace this little shopping centre with a much bigger mall and more condos.

The place is currently under renovation / construction. The Safeway is in operation there, but very very minimal to packaged and shelved goods (no produce). The pharmacy acts as the cashier. Only go here, if you're looking for the basic necessities such as water, toiletries, and the usual things you'd find in a pharmacy. From the main parking lot outside, you'd have to go through a boarded off corridor to access the few stores that are left there. If you want produce, I'd suggest going to the Loblaws on Arbutus and W 16th Ave or Kerrisdale on W 41st. I'll update this review when they've completed the renovation.

The shopping centre is under construction now. Only the Bank of Montreal, the liquor store, the dance studio and the Safeway pharmacy are open.

It's mainly closed Its just a Safeway and liquor store. Not really a mall if that's what you are looking for.
