I have been with them when they were eccu about 15 years and the experience through them is horrible do not reccomend at all and definetly do not get a car loan through them worst advice for me to give my daughter i am currently switching credit unions and pulling my family with me !!!!!!! I didnt want to do even one star but it made me to be able to post review ...

 I would love if they could do away with the monitors and bring back the face to face engagements.

Slowest, oldest most inconvenient credit union. No drive thru! Every other ECCU in the area look like a ski lodge. Complete waste of money. Spread it around and update other branches.

ECCU has been very helpful and efficient with any banking business I've had from a car loan to everyday banking.  I 100% recommend using their services!
