I highly recommend Sending your child here. My son in just a few months now has made so many improvements in areas that I hadn’t even thought would change. He’s more confident, he is more honest and straightforward, he speaks his emotions rather then crying and screaming with frustration. He is growing into quite the little man with the guidance of his instructor. I am so impressed!! Russ Dahms is absolutely amazing with these kids and I can’t say enough about him!

Arashi Do Rocky Mountain House is my home away from home. Kru Russ and all the students make it an amazing place to train, learn, and be. Whether you are interested in recreational fitness, learning a new skill, building confidence, friendships or competing, this is the place you want to be. Everyone is welcoming and helpful, and we all have a great time together. Come in, try it out. It will be the best thing you do for yourself.

Great facility to train and improve your martial arts. A place where the instructor cares about each of the students, not just as students but as individuals. Working with each student to bring them to their next level of skill and confidence.

Our son improved a lot by learning lots of different moves in his Little Dragon class..All teachers are fully trained and very hard working.. always fun to watch kids doing different exercises and moves .. will highly recommend to everyone ❤❤

My son was apart of the tiny thaigers program ages 4-7. The instructor did a wonderful job with these students. It was a busy class, with lots of learning and it was fun. My son was able to confidently move on to a new location to practice his skills learned as we relocated to another city. Highly recommend this location.
