I seriously love Aradia. It's not just for pole dancing, you can also learn other aerials such as aerial hoop and straps. I love all my instructors and it's the most fun I could ever have as a workout. Classes stay fresh as there is always something new to learn or a new aerial to conquer!
Aradia Fitness is extremely welcoming + friendly and the classes are so fun! It’s an amazing place for alternative fitness. Definitely try it out! The St. Albert location is beautiful with incredible instructors.
The most fun workouts I've ever had were at Aradia! The instructors are awesome and the environment is very welcoming and judgement free. It is a safe space to help build strength and increase confidence.
