Terrible service, rude staff and ridiculous rules...you have to pay for everyone twice if you want to swim during public and family swim....each slot being 2 hours only, regardless of what time you come. We are out of town visitors, camping at a lake this rainy May long weekend. My 4 kids (all under the age of 16) were really looking forward to going swimming. My family drove 45 min from the lake to get there, it was a Sunday, they drove around a strange town, found the pool, had arrived after 1pm (1-3 public, 3-5 family), and were forced to leave at 3pm...no prior knowledge, not given any info...we had looked it up prior to camping, no posting of this rule. If you want to stay, just like a parking meter, you have to go back to the admission desk, pay full price again for everyone to keep swimming. They don't tell you when you arrive either, they just want to an excuse to make more money, and go on a power trip making everyone leave. Never have we been to a pool where they expect people to pay for each time slot for swimming. So frustrating, my kids came back to the campground upset, the whole day wasted. Cost us a half tank of gas, there and back, and the pool was quite small and was not very busy.

Booked my sons birthday there, very unorganized and they didn't even have it written down that it was booked even when I had the receipt for proof. Got less than one hour to swim , (had to get dressed for swimming and from swimming and dressing a few wet kids isn't easy so that cuts into time) so got 35 minutes in the room for the birthday, only had time to eat pizza and sing happy birthday. Then Staff tells us to "get out now" literally, very RUDE. Had to pay full price and the girl working seemed hesitant to give my deposit back. Never booking that place for a birthday again that's the worst experience I've had in this town.
