Went for an appointment to do with my child. Dr mahbub didn't listen to a thing I had to say. Totally arrogant do not recommend cost $100 for something I was told buy a previous dr and I wasn't there for that reason but he wouldn't listen.
I took my 12 year old daughter for debilitating constant head aches and she was prescribed a muscle relaxant with no investigative options. I had to press the doctor to give her a referral for a scan! Not impressed and will be taking it further! Especially given the second Doctor I took her to pinpointed instantly what was wrong with her and arranged blood tests to confirm. If I could choose zero stars I would.
My last 5 booking here have all had an issue. I've booked in person only to find out the next week when I arrive that they've lost my booking details. I've booked online and they still got the times and dates mixed up somehow cause the system was down. I booked in person again last week for 2pm Friday. Got a text lastnight confirming my booking for 12pm Friday??? Cant contact them after hours to enquire how they got this wrong or if we can change it. Get there at 12pm and sat around for 20 mins while watching 2 other patients be seen to. What was the point of the appointment? If I arrived 15 mins late I'd lose my appointment and would have beeen charged for a full booking still. Now I haven't got enough time to see the doctor as my lunch time is over and I need to get back to work. What a waste of my time. After booking a week in advance. When I asked the reception I got a very rude response that he is busy and running late and if I would like to cancel my booking which I have had to do. Why couldn't they telle they were over booked so I could make alternative arrangements with another doctor. The issue is repetative and clearly not being addressed as is evident when reading the rest of the reviews left by other disappointed patients complaining about the exact same issues and rude reception
So unprofessional, receptionist has an attitude problem so disgusting. No wonder the horrible 2 star review Do not go to this clinic!
A great medical centre, I've seen Dr Ashley and Riley Swart the Chiropractor there. Both were incredibly understanding and caring, took a great genuine interest into my case and were extremely willing to help. Minimal wait times for me as well.
Dr Ashley attended to me. It was my first consultation with Dr Ashley. Good bedside manners and knowledgeable.
Used to be bulk billed, changed to mixed billing wrecks you $75 for a 5 minute consult. Says they no longer do bulk billing due to cost of living? Surely they can still bulk bill for short consults..
The chiropractor at Apsley Rd is rude and won't take care plans. I was told don't waste his time using Medicare and then not come back. that is insulting and rude to a patient. I won't be coming back to him at his exorbitant prices. I also wonder at the loss of a great nurse in Kirsten. When I was really ill they would not see me and if I am ill due to a chronic condition I may need to see the doctor straight away, not told come back in a fortnight.
I’ve been coming here on and off in the last 7 years during the times that I cannot afford to go a private practice, but today will be the last time. I am yet to meet a practitioner at this medical centre that has any basic understanding of effective communication or genuine patient care. I somehow seem to walk out feeling extremely irritated every single time I visit…maybe it’s because the staff here make you feel so unheard, insignificant and disregarded? Book somewhere else if you want to be cared for properly in an engaging, individualistic way, as opposed to treating you like another number with a one size fits all treatment approach.
Very unwelcoming and rude reception staff which is something I do not experience at my regular doctors surgery. Popped in to see if there was a doctor free to give me a quick referral and they turned me down immediately and told me to go to a larger medical centre. They also said they were busy yet there was one person in the waiting room and there was a doctor just casually chatting behind the reception desk.
